A Message from Nevada State Assemblyman Bob Beers to the Dealers of Caesars Palace:

I applaud your efforts. If the owners and boards of companies treated their employees with the same concern they gave themselves no unions would be needed. Sadly, this is very seldom the case. I brought forth Assembly Bill 357 because one man thought his wealth placed him above the law. He thought his power could prevent the formation of a union in his property. An overwhelming vote of YES proved him wrong.

has proven to all tip-earners of Nevada that he will stand up for us and our issues.
