Once TWU notifies the NLRB that they will be representing us in a Union drive, They can change nothing on us! They will not be able to do a “mass fire/re-hire! They won’t be able to give a portion of our tips to the floor! They can’t promise raises! They can’t flood us with new hires to sway any future vote! They can have no mass layoffs! They can't re-classify our jobs! They can’t make a policy that we can no longer accept tips! We keep our 401K just as it is! We keep our health insurance intact! NOTHING can change!
