We are all aware of the floor-person tip situation at The Wynn.

Is that what we want too?

To share our tips with the floor?

This is a situation where several Dealers may say,

"They will never do that to us",

and we expect that the Wynn Dealers felt the same way before it happened to them.

You may say,

“Well management has said that they do not plan on instituting that policy at any of their properties”.

Have they put that in writing? NO!

Don’t believe them!

They have also said to all prior management, "Your job is safe" right before they fired them all!

THEY WILL DO ANYTHING TO SAVE A DOLLAR!

We can name numerous things that have changed just so they can save a nickel! We are sure you can too.

Just the other day a floor-person was overheard saying to a Dealer,

"You won't miss 5% of your tips, that's all I want"!

Well 5% of our tips is a nice car payment, you won't miss that?

At "The Wynn"

the Dealers are not allowed to collect their toke boxes at the end of the night like we do.

They are not allowed to cut the tokes nor even be allowed in the room where/while they are being cut.

They have no way of knowing that every penny is being put into the split!

Their tips are collected and cut by people who don't even get a share of them!

Is this what we want?

Who else should we supplement? The porters? The Security guards? The Pit Clerks? The Change-Persons?

Where would it stop?!
